SAP Services

SAP Business One and S/4HANA delivered end to end: implementation, upgrades to current releases, and custom development that survives the next upgrade.

One SAP Practice, the Whole Lifecycle

Most SAP work goes wrong at a seam: the partner who implements leaves before the upgrade, or the developer who wrote the custom ABAP is gone by the time a support pack lands. We keep implementation, upgrade, and custom development in one team, so the people who built your system are the people who maintain it. That covers SAP Business One for smaller operations and S/4HANA for mid-market and enterprise, with a vendor-neutral recommendation between them rather than a default to whichever licence is easier to sell.

Why One Team

Three Seams Where SAP Projects Usually Break

Each of these is a handoff between vendors, and each one is why we keep the whole lifecycle in one practice.

The Partner Who Leaves at Go-Live

An implementation partner is measured on the go-live date, not on how the system runs a year later. We stay: the managed support agreement picks up the same environment the delivery team built.

The Upgrade Nobody Documented

Customisations built as direct core modifications do not survive a support pack. We build on SAP's approved extension frameworks and document every object, so an upgrade is a planned exercise rather than an archaeology project.

The Developer Who Wrote It and Left

Custom ABAP is a long-lived asset, and the person who wrote it is the cheapest person to maintain it. Our developers stay on the account, which is why our change requests arrive with the reasoning behind the original build.

What Clients Say on Google

When our system went down late on a Friday, James Darroch and his team at SorceTek Technology Group stepped up in a way you don't see often. I reached out expecting to hear back the following week. Instead, James called from the golf course (literally) and had his team with Tyler and Christian Laney working on the issue straight away... If you're looking for an IT partner who takes ownership and actually shows up when it matters, I highly recommend SorceTek Technology Group.

FAQ

Common Questions About SAP Services

Should we choose SAP Business One or S/4HANA?
SAP Business One suits small to mid-size distributors, manufacturers, and service firms up to roughly 500 employees. It is affordable and fast to deploy. S/4HANA fits mid-market to enterprise operations with complex manufacturing, multi-entity structures, or advanced analytics. We give a vendor-neutral recommendation during the assessment, and we put the reasoning in writing rather than defaulting to one platform.
How long does an SAP implementation take?
A focused SAP Business One implementation typically takes 3 to 5 months. SAP S/4HANA programs for mid-market manufacturers usually run 6 to 12 months. You get a detailed project schedule during the pre-implementation assessment, scoped to your specific complexity rather than a generic range.
Will our SAP customizations survive an upgrade?
That depends entirely on how they were built. We develop against SAP's approved extension frameworks such as BAdIs, enhancement spots, and Fiori extension points rather than direct core modifications, and every object is documented in a change management system. That approach is upgrade-safe, so a support pack or version upgrade does not require a rebuild.
Can you take over a system another partner built?
Yes, and it is common. We start with a documentation pass, because you cannot maintain what nobody has described. From there we take on incidents, patching, and change requests on the same managed terms as a system we built ourselves. Where the previous partner left undocumented core modifications, we say so plainly and scope the remediation rather than discovering it during an upgrade.
Do you offer fixed-price SAP implementation?
We offer fixed-scope implementation options for SAP Business One, which gives you cost certainty and defined deliverables. Larger S/4HANA programs are usually phased with fixed pricing per phase, so you can stop between phases if priorities change.
