HubSpot

HubSpot implemented fast, then integrated with your ERP so the deal that closes in HubSpot becomes a real order without anyone rekeying it.

What We Deliver

HubSpot's Fast Start, Without the Back-Office Dead End

HubSpot's advantage is that a team can be running on it inside weeks rather than quarters, and its marketing and pipeline tooling is genuinely strong. That fast start is also where most implementations stop, leaving a CRM that sales loves and operations cannot see. We implement HubSpot against your sales process, then integrate it with your ERP so deals, order status, and fulfillment data flow both ways. HubSpot fits teams that want to move quickly on marketing and pipeline without heavy configuration, and it handles ERP integration well when the object mapping is designed rather than improvised.

Marketing and Pipeline Connected

Campaigns, forms, and lifecycle stages configured so marketing and sales work the same funnel, with attribution that survives contact with the finance team.

Deals Mapped to ERP Orders

Deal stages aligned to ERP sales-order status, so a rep can see where an order actually sits rather than asking around for an update.

One Contact, One Truth

Contacts and companies held in HubSpot sync with ERP business partners, so a customer edit in either system does not silently overwrite the other.

What Clients Say on Google

When our system went down late on a Friday, James Darroch and his team at SorceTek Technology Group stepped up in a way you don't see often. I reached out expecting to hear back the following week. Instead, James called from the golf course (literally) and had his team with Tyler and Christian Laney working on the issue straight away... If you're looking for an IT partner who takes ownership and actually shows up when it matters, I highly recommend SorceTek Technology Group.

How We Deliver HubSpot

1

Discovery

Map your marketing and sales funnel, the objects that matter, and the boundary with ERP. A short discovery is possible with HubSpot, but skipping it entirely is how orgs end up rebuilding in six months.

2

Configuration

Properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and workflows built against your funnel, with marketing automation carrying the routine handoffs.

3

Customization

Custom objects or code steps used only where standard HubSpot falls short, kept lean so upgrades do not break them.

4

ERP Integration

HubSpot connected to SAP, NetSuite, or Odoo with master-data ownership and conflict rules defined, and monitoring so a failed sync raises an alert rather than a surprise.

5

Migration & Testing

Contacts and deals migrated with deduplication, then tested end to end, including the closed-won path into ERP, before anyone relies on it.

6

Managed Support

After go-live we handle configuration changes, user issues, and integration monitoring, so the CRM keeps pace as the business grows.

FAQ

Common Questions About HubSpot

Can HubSpot integrate with our ERP?
Yes. HubSpot connects cleanly to SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, and Odoo. Contacts and companies sync with ERP business partners, deals map to sales-order status, and live pricing and available-to-promise inventory flow into the deal record. When a deal closes, the ERP sales order is created automatically, with alerting if the sync fails.
How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
A focused HubSpot implementation with core ERP integration typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. That is faster than a Salesforce build largely because HubSpot needs less configuration, though a complex multi-hub setup with heavy integration can run longer. You get a schedule during the assessment.
Which HubSpot hubs do we need?
It depends on what you already have. Sales Hub is the core for pipeline and deals, Marketing Hub covers campaigns and automation, Service Hub handles ticketing and support, and Operations Hub carries data sync and automation. Many operations need only Sales and Operations Hub initially. We recommend based on the workflow you actually run, not on selling you every hub.
Can you migrate our contacts and deals from another CRM?
Yes. Migration covers contacts, companies, deals, and history, with deduplication and property mapping against the new object model. We run a validation pass before the cutover so you can confirm nothing was lost, and the source system stays readable through the transition.
Do you support HubSpot after go-live?
Yes. Managed support covers configuration changes, new workflows, user issues, and integration monitoring. A CRM that nobody maintains drifts out of step with the business, which is the failure the support agreement exists to prevent.
