Microsoft Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 implemented natively inside the Microsoft stack you already run, then connected to your ERP so sales and operations share one customer record.

What We Deliver

Dynamics 365 for Operations Already on Microsoft

Dynamics makes the most sense when the rest of your stack is already Microsoft: Microsoft 365 for mail and files, Entra ID for identity, Power Platform for automation, and Azure for hosting. In that environment it is the CRM with the fewest seams, because sign-on, data access, and automation all use tools your team already knows. We implement Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, extend it with Power Platform rather than custom code where possible, and integrate it with SAP, NetSuite, or Odoo so quoting sees live inventory and finance sees orders as they close. When Microsoft is not your stack, we will say so rather than force the fit.

Native to Your Microsoft Estate

Single sign-on through Entra ID, Outlook and Teams integration, and SharePoint document handling, configured so the CRM feels like part of the tools staff open every morning.

Extended with Power Platform

Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI used to build forms, approvals, and dashboards, which keeps custom code down and maintenance costs with it.

Connected to ERP

Accounts, contacts, and opportunities sync with your ERP business partners, and order, shipment, and AR data flow back, with master-data rules and monitoring defined up front.

What Clients Say on Google

Published reviews from our Google Business Profile, quoted as written.

When our system went down late on a Friday, James Darroch and his team at SorceTek Technology Group stepped up in a way you don't see often. I reached out expecting to hear back the following week. Instead, James called from the golf course (literally) and had his team with Tyler and Christian Laney working on the issue straight away... If you're looking for an IT partner who takes ownership and actually shows up when it matters, I highly recommend SorceTek Technology Group.

Our Process

How We Deliver Dynamics 365

1

Discovery

Map your sales and service processes, confirm the Microsoft estate you already run, and design the CRM boundary with ERP before any configuration starts.

2

Configuration

Entities, forms, views, and security roles built against that design, with Entra ID single sign-on and Microsoft 365 integration in place from the start.

3

Power Platform Extension

Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI used to cover what standard Dynamics does not, which keeps custom code down and the extensions upgrade-safe.

4

ERP Integration

Dynamics connected to SAP, NetSuite, or Odoo with master-data ownership and conflict rules defined, and monitoring so a failed sync raises an alert.

5

Migration & Testing

Your existing CRM data migrated with deduplication, then end-to-end testing including the ERP handoff before anyone relies on the new system.

6

Managed Support

After go-live we handle configuration changes, Power Platform updates, user issues, and integration monitoring, so the CRM keeps pace with the business.

A free assessment maps what you already run, flags the gaps, and comes back with a written plan and a fixed monthly figure where the work is managed.

FAQ

Common Questions About Microsoft Dynamics

When does Dynamics 365 make more sense than Salesforce or HubSpot?
When your organization already runs on Microsoft. If mail, files, identity, and reporting are Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Power BI, Dynamics is the CRM with the fewest integration seams, because sign-on, document handling, and automation all use tooling your team already knows. If you are not on Microsoft, the advantage largely disappears, and Salesforce or HubSpot may fit better. We recommend based on your estate.
Can Dynamics 365 integrate with SAP?
Yes. Dynamics connects to SAP Business One or S/4HANA through SAP Integration Suite, Azure Logic Apps, or another middleware layer depending on your environment. Accounts, contacts, and opportunities sync with ERP business partners, and order, delivery, and AR balance data flow back to the opportunity.
How much custom code does a Dynamics implementation need?
Ideally very little. We use Power Apps and Power Automate to extend Dynamics before writing plugins or custom code, because Power Platform changes are faster to build and cheaper to maintain. Custom code is reserved for what the platform genuinely cannot do.
How long does a Dynamics 365 implementation take?
A focused Dynamics 365 Sales implementation with ERP integration typically takes 6 to 12 weeks, depending on how much Power Platform work and data migration is involved. Heavier Customer Service or field-service scope extends that. You get a detailed schedule during the assessment.
Do you support Dynamics after go-live?
Yes. Managed support covers configuration changes, Power Platform updates, user issues, and integration monitoring. Microsoft ships release waves twice a year, and an org nobody maintains drifts out of step with them.
