One CRM Practice, Four Platforms

A CRM fails in the gap between sales and the back office. The platform is rarely the problem. What decides whether it works is whether a rep can see real stock and real lead times when they quote, and whether finance sees the order the moment it closes. We implement Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and GoHighLevel, then wire each one into your ERP so the record stays true on both sides.

Where CRMs Fail

Three Failures We See Before Every CRM Rescue

Each one is a data-flow problem dressed up as a software problem, which is why a platform migration on its own rarely fixes it.

Stale Inventory in the Quote

A rep quotes stock the warehouse does not have because the CRM was last synced overnight. The fix is a real-time read from ERP, not a better CRM.

Two Customer Records

Sales edits a contact in the CRM while finance edits the same customer in ERP. Without a master-data owner and conflict rules, the two drift until someone reconciles them by hand.

A Closed Deal Nobody Fulfilled

The opportunity closes in the CRM and the sales order never reaches ERP. We automate the handoff so a closed deal always becomes a real order, with alerting when it does not.

What Clients Say on Google

When our system went down late on a Friday, James Darroch and his team at SorceTek Technology Group stepped up in a way you don't see often. I reached out expecting to hear back the following week. Instead, James called from the golf course (literally) and had his team with Tyler and Christian Laney working on the issue straight away... If you're looking for an IT partner who takes ownership and actually shows up when it matters, I highly recommend SorceTek Technology Group.

FAQ

Common Questions About CRM Services

Which CRM should we choose?
Salesforce fits operations with complex customization and reporting needs, and it integrates cleanly with SAP and S/4HANA through SAP-native tooling. HubSpot fits teams that want a fast start on marketing and pipeline without heavy configuration. Microsoft Dynamics 365 fits organizations already standardized on Microsoft, where the CRM should look like the rest of the stack. GoHighLevel fits high-volume lead and client pipelines, often in service businesses, where automation matters more than enterprise data modeling.
What does it take to connect a CRM to SAP?
It takes four decisions: which objects sync in each direction, which system owns each field, how conflicts resolve, and how failures are surfaced. Get those right and the connector is straightforward. Get them wrong and you build a fragile integration that needs manual reconciliation every month. We run that design work before any development starts.
Do you migrate data out of our old CRM?
Yes. Migration covers contacts, accounts, opportunities, and history, with deduplication and field mapping against the new object model. We run it as a staged exercise with a parallel period, so nothing is lost and the cutover is reversible until you are satisfied.
How long does a CRM implementation take?
A focused implementation with ERP integration for core objects typically takes 6 to 10 weeks: 1 to 2 weeks for discovery and field mapping, 3 to 5 weeks for build and testing, and 1 to 2 weeks for user acceptance and go-live. Multi-company, multi-currency, or heavily customized environments need additional scoping.
Can you support the CRM after go-live?
Yes. Managed support covers configuration changes, user issues, integration monitoring, and error resolution, on the same terms as our other managed services. A CRM that nobody maintains drifts out of step with the business within a year, which is the failure we are there to prevent.
