Odoo

Odoo implemented for operations that have outgrown spreadsheets and QuickBooks but do not need SAP-scale licence commitments. Configured to your process, then managed.

What We Deliver

Odoo Implemented for the Business You Actually Run

Odoo's appeal is that one platform covers accounting, sales, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, and CRM at a fraction of what a tier-one ERP costs. The catch is that Odoo ships as a toolbox: with out-of-the-box settings applied straight across, you get a system that does a little of everything and matches nothing. We configure Odoo around your real workflows, choose the apps and modules that earn their place, and leave the rest switched off rather than cluttering the interface. Odoo suits smaller distribution, light manufacturing, and services operations that need genuine ERP structure without a six-figure licence or an 18-month program. We also integrate it with the CRM and reporting tools around it.

Accounting and Invoicing

Chart of accounts, taxes, payment terms, and bank reconciliation configured around your close process, not Odoo's defaults.

Sales, Inventory, and Purchasing

Quotations, sales orders, stock moves, reordering rules, and vendor bills connected into one flow, so what you sell, hold, and buy stays consistent.

Custom Modules, Kept Lean

Custom Odoo modules built only where configuration genuinely falls short, and kept upgrade-safe so a version release does not undo them.

What Clients Say on Google

Published reviews from our Google Business Profile, quoted as written.

When our system went down late on a Friday, James Darroch and his team at SorceTek Technology Group stepped up in a way you don't see often. I reached out expecting to hear back the following week. Instead, James called from the golf course (literally) and had his team with Tyler and Christian Laney working on the issue straight away... If you're looking for an IT partner who takes ownership and actually shows up when it matters, I highly recommend SorceTek Technology Group.

Our Process

How We Deliver Odoo

1

Fit & Scope

We confirm Odoo is the right platform for your size and process, then scope which apps and modules you actually need. Many implementations carry apps nobody uses, and switching them off is part of the work.

2

Configuration

Accounting, sales, inventory, purchasing, and manufacturing configured against your workflows, with multi-company and multi-currency handled correctly where they apply.

3

Customization

Custom modules written only where standard Odoo falls short, and kept upgrade-safe so a future version release does not break your processes.

4

Migration & Integration

Your historical data migrated with reconciliation, and Odoo connected to the CRM, e-commerce, or reporting tools around it.

5

Training & Cutover

Structured training for the teams who will live in the system daily, then a staged cutover with the old system kept readable until you are confident.

6

Managed Support

After go-live we handle user issues, configuration changes, and version upgrades, on the same managed terms as the rest of our services.

FAQ

Common Questions About Odoo

Is Odoo right for a small or growing business?
Odoo fits operations that have outgrown spreadsheets and entry-level accounting software but do not need or want a tier-one ERP. It handles accounting, sales, inventory, purchasing, and light manufacturing in one platform at a fraction of the licence cost, and it scales as you add users and modules. For deep mixed-mode manufacturing or complex multi-entity consolidation, SAP or NetSuite usually fits better, and we will say so.
Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise?
Community is open source and free, with the core apps and a strong community. Enterprise adds features such as advanced accounting reports, the full studio, and Odoo's own hosting and support, for a per-user fee. Which one fits depends on which features you genuinely need. We recommend based on your requirements rather than the licence we would rather sell.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused Odoo deployment typically takes 2 to 4 months, depending on the number of apps, custom modules, and how much historical data needs migrating. You get a detailed schedule during the assessment, scoped to your specific requirements.
Can you migrate us off QuickBooks or spreadsheets?
Yes. Migration covers master data, open items, and history from QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or a legacy system, with field mapping and reconciliation against your existing numbers. We keep the old system readable through the parallel period so you can verify results before committing.
How custom can Odoo be?
Very. Odoo is built to be extended, and custom modules can add fields, screens, workflows, and reports. The discipline is to customize only what configuration cannot cover, because every custom module is something to maintain across versions. We keep customizations minimal and upgrade-safe on purpose.
