Salesforce

Salesforce implemented and then wired into your ERP, so reps see live inventory and pricing and finance sees the order the moment a deal closes.

What We Deliver

Salesforce That Reaches Past the Sales Team

A Salesforce org working well for sales and failing everywhere else is the common outcome, and the cause is almost always the boundary with the back office. We implement and tune Salesforce for the whole quote-to-cash path: opportunity and pipeline structure, product and price book design, quoting against live ERP data, and the automated handoff that turns a closed-won deal into a real sales order. Salesforce fits operations that need deep customization and reporting, and it integrates cleanly with SAP and S/4HANA through SAP-native tooling. We build that path and keep it running.

Pipeline Built for Your Sales Motion

Objects, fields, stages, and forecasting configured around how your team actually sells, not a template that forces them to change how they work.

Quoting Against Live ERP Data

Product catalog, pricing, and available-to-promise inventory pulled from ERP so a rep quotes what you can actually ship, at the right price.

A Closed Deal That Becomes an Order

Closed-won automation creates the ERP sales order, and delivery, shipment, and AR balance flow back to the opportunity with alerting when a sync fails.

What Clients Say on Google

When our system went down late on a Friday, James Darroch and his team at SorceTek Technology Group stepped up in a way you don't see often. I reached out expecting to hear back the following week. Instead, James called from the golf course (literally) and had his team with Tyler and Christian Laney working on the issue straight away... If you're looking for an IT partner who takes ownership and actually shows up when it matters, I highly recommend SorceTek Technology Group.

Our Process

How We Deliver Salesforce

1

Discovery

Map your sales process, the objects and data that matter, and the boundary with ERP. The output is a written design, not a configuration started on a hunch.

2

Configuration

Objects, pipeline, products, and permissions built against that design, with Flow automation handling the routine steps your team should not be doing by hand.

3

Customization

Apex and Lightning components used only where standard Salesforce falls short, kept lean so future releases and updates do not break them.

4

ERP Integration

Salesforce connected to SAP, NetSuite, or Odoo through the right middleware, with master-data ownership, conflict rules, and monitoring in place.

5

Testing & Migration

Your existing CRM data migrated with deduplication, then unit, integration, and user acceptance testing before anyone relies on the new org.

6

Managed Support

After go-live we handle configuration changes, user issues, and integration monitoring, so the org keeps pace with the business.

FAQ

Common Questions About Salesforce

Can you integrate Salesforce with SAP?
Yes. Salesforce to SAP is one of our most common integrations. For SAP S/4HANA we use SAP Integration Suite as the preferred path; for SAP Business One we use MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, Boomi, or a lightweight API layer depending on your stack. Accounts, contacts, pricing, orders, delivery status, and AR balance sync bidirectionally with master-data ownership and conflict rules defined up front.
Should we use a native connector or middleware?
It depends on how many objects sync, how complex the transformation is, and whether other systems are involved. A single-object, one-direction sync can use a native connector. Multi-object, bidirectional work with ERP generally wants middleware, because it gives you monitoring, retry logic, and a place to change the logic without touching either system. We recommend based on your data flow, not on a preferred vendor.
Can you fix our existing Salesforce org?
Often, yes. Many orgs accumulate fields, automations, and workarounds nobody can explain. We audit the configuration, remove what is redundant, and rebuild the critical automations properly. A rescue is usually cheaper than a re-implementation, and we will tell you when it is not.
How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
A focused implementation with ERP integration for core objects typically takes 6 to 10 weeks: 1 to 2 weeks for discovery and design, 3 to 5 weeks for build and integration, and 1 to 2 weeks for testing and go-live. Complex multi-org or heavily customized environments need additional scoping.
Do you support Salesforce after go-live?
Yes. Managed support covers configuration changes, user issues, release management, and integration monitoring. Salesforce releases three times a year, and an org nobody maintains drifts out of step with the business, which is the failure we are there to prevent.
