Oracle NetSuite

NetSuite implemented around how your business actually closes the books, manages inventory, and bills customers. Then integrated with the systems around it.

What We Deliver

NetSuite Delivered by a Team That Runs SAP Too

Most NetSuite partners only do NetSuite. We work across SAP Business One, S/4HANA, NetSuite, and Odoo, which changes the advice you get: when NetSuite is the right answer we say so, and when a process needs a NetSuite customization we know what that costs you in maintenance versus configuring around it. Our engagements cover the full lifecycle, from entity structure and chart-of-accounts design through customization, integration, data migration, and managed support after go-live. NetSuite suits multi-entity and services-heavy operations that want strong financials out of the box, and it rewards a clean implementation more than most platforms.

Financials That Close on Time

Chart of accounts, multi-entity and multi-currency structure, revenue recognition, and reporting designed around your close calendar rather than a default template.

Inventory and Order Management

Item records, location and bin setup, fulfillment rules, and billing flows configured so the order path matches how product and services actually move.

Integrations That Hold

NetSuite connected to your CRM, warehouse, or bank feeds with error alerting and retry logic, so a failed sync surfaces as an alert instead of a month-end surprise.

What Clients Say on Google

When our system went down late on a Friday, James Darroch and his team at SorceTek Technology Group stepped up in a way you don't see often. I reached out expecting to hear back the following week. Instead, James called from the golf course (literally) and had his team with Tyler and Christian Laney working on the issue straight away... If you're looking for an IT partner who takes ownership and actually shows up when it matters, I highly recommend SorceTek Technology Group.

Our Process

How We Deliver NetSuite

1

Assessment & Design

We map your entities, accounting processes, and order flows, then confirm whether NetSuite is the right fit and how it should be structured. The recommendation is written, not implied.

2

Configuration

Financials, inventory, and order management configured against your process map, with multi-entity and multi-currency handling set up the right way the first time.

3

Customization

SuiteScript and SuiteFlow used only where standard NetSuite falls short, and kept upgrade-safe so a future release does not break your extensions.

4

Integration & Migration

Your CRM, warehouse, and bank feeds connected with monitoring, and your historical data migrated with reconciliation before anything goes live.

5

Testing & Cutover

Unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, then a staged cutover with a parallel period so the business keeps running through the change.

6

Managed Support

After go-live we monitor, patch, and optimize the system, with a support agreement that keeps a NetSuite-certified team on call.

FAQ

Common Questions About NetSuite

Is NetSuite a good fit for our business?
NetSuite tends to suit multi-entity operations, services and subscription businesses, and organizations that want strong financials out of the box with less manufacturing depth than SAP. It fits distributors reasonably well and manufacturers less well than SAP Business One or S/4HANA. We confirm that against your process map during the assessment and tell you plainly if a different platform fits better.
Can you customize NetSuite?
Yes. We use SuiteScript for custom logic and SuiteFlow for workflow automation, and we keep both upgrade-safe so NetSuite releases do not break them. We recommend configuration over customization wherever configuration genuinely covers the requirement, because every custom script is something you maintain for the life of the system.
How long does a NetSuite implementation take?
A focused deployment for a single entity typically takes 3 to 5 months. Mid-market multi-entity implementations with significant customization and integration usually run 6 to 12 months. You get a detailed schedule during the assessment, scoped to your specific complexity.
Can you migrate our data from QuickBooks or another system?
Yes. Migration covers master data, open transactions, and history, with field mapping and reconciliation against your existing numbers. We run a parallel period so you can verify the results before cutting over, and the cutover stays reversible until you are satisfied.
Do you support NetSuite after go-live?
Yes. Managed support covers user issues, configuration changes, integration monitoring, and release management. Most clients move onto a support agreement at go-live so there is no gap and no re-learning curve when the implementation team steps back.
