After You Send

What Happens Next

Three steps, and the first one takes a couple of minutes.

1

Tell us what is going on

A short form is enough. If you know which system is involved, say so, and the message reaches an engineer rather than a queue.

2

A real engineer replies

Within 4 business hours, from a U.S.-based engineer who can read the detail you sent. No offshore call centre and no discovery pitch.

3

You get a written scope

Findings, options, and a fixed monthly figure where the work is managed IT. For project work, a phased plan with pricing per phase.

Contact FAQ

Before You Reach Out

How quickly will someone get back to me?
Within 4 business hours. That is the same commitment the site makes on every closing band. If your issue is urgent and blocking work, call 888-819-2298 instead of using the form, because a phone call reaches an engineer immediately during office hours.
Am I talking to a salesperson or an engineer?
An engineer first, on every enquiry. The person who reads your message is the person who would do the work, which is why the form asks what the problem is rather than how many seats you have. If what you need is a quote, that comes after the technical conversation, not instead of it.
What should I include in the message?
Whatever you already know. Naming the system involved (Microsoft 365, a server, your ERP, your network) is the single most useful thing, because it routes the message to the engineer who works on it. Symptoms and rough timelines help too. You do not need to prepare anything formal.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The assessment is free and carries no obligation, which is what the "Free · No Obligation" label on the site has always meant. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you at what is.
Do you only work with businesses in Texas?
No. Our office is in Frisco, and being close matters for the on-site work, but support runs remotely across the United States. Most clients are never visited at all: monitoring, help desk, and cloud work happen wherever your systems are.

Start With What We Actually Charge

Every package is described by the coverage it includes, with no prices published because the figure moves with headcount and servers. If you would rather read before you call, that page is the honest place to start.

No obligation. Response within 4 business hours.
